Meet Mr. Penny

There is a crisis in suburban politics because of a store magnate's plans to build a warehouse on the site of the local allotments. Mr and Mrs Penny lead the local outcry against such vandalism and Mr Penny, as usual, blunders into trouble with innocent folly.
